Grant Rubino

Co-Founder

Before Grant ever bought a house, he spent his days showing up for people on some of their hardest days. As a firefighter and EMT, he learned how to stay calm when things are falling apart, listen carefully, and focus on what actually helps.

That hasn’t changed much. Today, as co-founder of Skyline Assets, Grant helps operate a team who work with homeowners going through tough transitions like a divorce, a job loss, or a house that’s become more burden than home. His favorite part of the job is watching the team take a stressful situation and turn it into a fresh start.

Grant got into real estate for a simple reason: family. With kids arriving, he wanted a career that gave him more time with the people who matter most. When he’s not working, you’ll find Grant with his wife, their daughter, and their two German shepherds, catching a concert or heading off on a weekend getaway somewhere new.

Rayyan Charania

Co-Founder

Rayyan’s start in real estate came at 15, riding along with his father, an investor, on visits to homeowners in hard spots. One of them stayed with him: a woman weeks from foreclosure. His dad bought her home and sold it back to her on seller financing so she never had to leave. That was the moment Rayyan understood what this business could be, and he set out to carry that legacy forward on a larger scale.

He went on to earn a bachelor’s in Real Estate from the University of Georgia’s Terry College of Business, graduating in 2024, and had been investing on his own since 2020. That same year he joined forces with Grant to found Skyline Buys, with a shared vision of reaching homeowners across the country. Rayyan leads every conversation the way his father taught him: people first, honest numbers, no pressure, and a straight answer even when it isn’t the one a seller hoped for.

Outside of work, Rayyan is usually outdoors, traveling, on the water, or spending time with his family and friends

Melanie Young

Acquisitions Manager

Melanie is an Acquisitions Manager at Skyline Buys and has been part of the team since September 2024. Originally from a small town in Virginia, she’s always been driven, people-oriented, and naturally curious about the people around her. After spending a year as a real estate agent, she found her place in acquisitions, where she gets to build new connections, hear people’s stories, and take on the challenges that come with every unique situation. What she enjoys most is that no two conversations — or days — are ever the same.

Outside of work, Melanie is always looking for her next adventure. She loves being outdoors, trying new things, cooking, and watching sports, with football being her favorite. She’s naturally competitive, loves a good challenge, and is always looking for opportunities to learn, grow, and experience something new.
